So here is the long of it…..

Columbus, Ohio

My morning began at about 7am. 

Staying in a gorgeous 1800’s home in downtown Canal Winchester, just outside the city of Columbus, I was greeted in the morning with a heavenly light that filled the whole house.

I spent the morning before we were made breakfast by our host chasing squirrels…

yes, squirrels. With my camera though….cause I’m lazy.

Then I had a breakfast of mostly bacon…..and some strawberries….but mostly bacon :D

Kinda love how everything here is classically beautiful

 

Can’t help but wonder what happened to the attention in detail when it comes to building houses these days….

I had the amazing pleasure of shooting with one of my favorite artists, Chas Ray Krider

And he kinda makes magic happen….

THEN I WENT FOR PIE!!!

don’t worry the most exciting part about the pie is happening tomorrow… a whole cream pie and me are going to be REALLY FRIENDLY…. well really I’m just gonna swim in it but you know… it sounds sexier the other way.

and if today wasn’t grand enough, we were made a dinner of salad and grilled chicken…. like from scratch.

 

kinda love this place, and our host…. 
I find myself asking myself…. “Dear SELF, why are you going anywhere else, you just hit paradise already”

….and then I remember my Arizona….. ;)

It was my mother inlaws birthday today, I did her hair and makeup. I died a little it was FABULOUS!

oh where to start? Well you’ve probably noticed (or not if you’re a new follower) that I haven’t been posting as often as I used to. This is because I’ve been posting most of my work from my photography over here

Working on getting that underway as it seems I have a natural love of the photographic arts and I’ll be retiring from career modeling at the end of the year to do more of that along with other art projects I’m scheming….

Don’t completely panic though. I’ll be keeping the modeling as a side hobby. And of course I’ll still be a Stylist, Makeup Artist, and Designer full time :)

All of June I’ll be on the road with an amazing model and very dear friend Holly Rogue. Here is a photo I styled and shot of her. Was my first studio shoot too! :)

 

We’re like sisters you see, and my other wife ^____^ Really can’t say enough good things about that lady. So together we shall be terrorizing the countryside with our strange analogies, mannerisms, quotes, and general demeanor.
