"where teh wild things are…"
I actually took a chance and explored more of Lightroom 4's features for my post-processing on this photo of LiiLii.
I tweek’d and worked with the Camera Calibration in providing a very pleasant and pleasing white balance, since there was lots of pinks, ojs, and yellows with the original exposure of the RAW file. Of course, I had to tweek the white balance it self, along with the Color and luminance. I also added a nice split-toning, to add subtly and to substitute the depth on the colors I ended up desaturating.
Gotta admit, painting sure did help in encouraging me to explore color more in-depth in photography. I really enjoy bringing out colors and enhancing them to my advantage.
